1. Install ReVanced Manager. Android may ask you to allow installation from your browser or files app.

2. Open the Manager and select YouTube. The exact buttons move around between Manager versions, but the flow is always: pick an app, pick patches, patch.

3. Check the version. The Manager shows the recommended YouTube version. If yours matches, perfect. If not, it will help you get the right one, or you can grab the APK from a trusted mirror like APKMirror.
